PERSONAL TRAINING
60 min sessions – 1 or 2 people
Coached sessions focus on strength training, bodyweight exercises, and conditioning with a paddle-specific focus to get you stronger, faster, and improve your skills.

GROUP / TEAM TRAINING
60 min Sessions – up to 20 people
Coached sessions that integrate a fun circuit-style workout to build endurance, strength, and overall fitness with movements that can directly be transferred to paddling.

OUTRIGGER COACHING
90 min sessions – up to 6 people
Learn the basics of outrigger paddling, or upgrade your current skills with more advanced paddling techniques, drills, improved body mechanics, and boat glide. I meet you, wherever your skill set is.

PADDLE ERGOMETER (PERG) TRAINING
60 min sessions – up to 10 people per session
Enjoy learning the uniqueness of the paddle erg and how it benefits as a strong cross-training tool to improve your paddle technique. These sessions combine strength, cardio, and technical drills while learning the rhythm of the perg!
MOVEMENT & MOBILITY ASSESSMENT – GYM AND PADDLING
Whether you’re in the gym or on the water, your Range of Motion (ROM) is key.
